Yvonne's Message to Readers

"II have always loved color, creativity, and making things that bring people joy. For the past 30 years, quilting has been a very special part of my life after my award-winning mother-in-law taught me the art of quilting. What started as a creative outlet eventually grew into a true passion. Today, I create bright, bold, and whimsical quilted tote bags in a variety of sizes and styles, each one handmade with care and personality. One thing I especially love is creating bags that are not only beautiful, but practical too; all of my tote bags are machine washable and designed to be enjoyed every day. 

Before focusing full-time on quilting, I spent more than 25 years working with children on the Autism Spectrum throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and New Mexico in public schools, homes, and community settings. It was meaningful and rewarding work that taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of finding joy in the little things. 

I am also a wife, mother, and grandmother, and in recent years I stepped away from the workforce to focus more on my Faith, Family, and passion for quilting. One of my greatest joys has been homeschooling my 9-year-old granddaughter over the past few years. Creativity, family, and faith are at the center of my life, and I believe those values shine through in every bag I make. 

Every quilted tote I create is stitched with love, color, and a little bit of happiness. My hope is that when someone carries one of my bags, it brightens their day and makes them smile. "
